1. Eligibility

Refund requests for paid courses are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are generally only considered within 7 days of purchase, and only if a meaningful portion of the course has not yet been completed.

2. How to Request a Refund

Contact us through the Contact page with your order number and reason for the request. Our team will review and respond within a few business days.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Courses where a certificate has already been issued, or where the majority of lessons have been completed, are generally not eligible for a refund.

4. Processing Time

Since we accept payments manually via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and uPay, approved refunds are sent back manually to the mobile number you originally paid from, and may take a few business days to complete.
